Does Product Concept only apply to products made from scratch?

A Product Concept project can be run at various stages of your business development. At the start, when you have a business base but need the concept of a new product. 
In the course of your work, when you already have a concept of a new product but would like to consult that concept, obtain relevant branding and prepare it for going to market. Product Concept is also offered for situations where your product has been present on the market for some time, but you want to revise it to improve its results.

Can I buy PC by modules, eg. research only, brand strategy only or creative solutions only?

This formula of benefitting from Product Concept is acceptable, but such selective use of Product Concept, and thereby excluding us from other stages of product creation may work to the disadvantage of the whole project. Where only selected modules of Product Concept are used, we would like to have consultative access to the whole process, to the extent allowed by the client.
